As entrepreneurs, we enjoy flexible schedules and the freedom to make our own rules, but with great power comes great responsibility. That's the inspiration for Motivational Mondays, to empower each other to stop hitting the snooze button every Monday morning and instead gather with a group of like-minded women who want to kickstart their week together through community, accountability, and intention.

Qigong is for any body, of any age, in any physical condition and any mental state.  The benefits of a regular qigong practice include inner focus, emotional resilience, refined body awareness, supple joints, improved health/sleep/digestion/immunity, and comprehensive integrity.
