Return Policy

      1. As the Port does not deal with physical products, there is no return policy.

Refund Policy

      1. Generally, the Port does not give refunds for coworking plans or other products, however, certain instances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Please speak with the Community Manager who onboarded you during your sign up.

Cancellation Policy

      1. For the majority of our products, cancellations must be submitted in writing 10 days before the next billing cycle. For select offices, cancellations must be submitted in writing 30 days before the billing cycle.  Any leased products must honor the terms of the lease.  All invoices generated prior to the member notifying Port staff of their cancellation are collectable.
      2. Members may change plans at any time with Port staff approval. Any remaining credit from your old plan will be applied to the new plan.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

      1. As the Port does not deal with physical products, there is no return policy.

Price List

      1. As of this writing, the Port offers these prices for our products:
        1. Coworking: $225/month
        2. Desks: $350/month
        3. Cubes: from $450/month
        4. Private Offices: from $950/month
        5. TeamSpace: from $300/month

Secure Check Out

      1. Secure checkout for all transactions is handled securely by the Port’s invoicing software at: https://portoffices.cobot.me/  Members will need an account to access this password-protected area.
      2. The Port accepts Paypal, eCheck and all major credit cards.
