It's that time of year once again and the Port will be sponsoring our annual Canned Food Drive!  Did you know, 1 in 5 children in California go to bed hungry each night?  Donate until November 27th ! She seeks to create a safe environment for beginner to intermediate yogis that is conducive to self-inquiry and a feeling of interconnectedness. With her heavy emphasis on alignment, students can expect to obtain a strong foundation from which they may launch into their journey through asana, pranayama, and meditation.
