Port Workspaces staff are available 9 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday. We will respond to your inquiry within 1 business day. If your request is urgent, please put URGENT in the subject.

House Rules

The Port Workspaces is a shared community. In order to maintain peace and cooperation, we ask you to follow our House Rules at all times.

A few important highlights…

Phone calls

Short, occasional phone calls in shared spaces are totally fine. If you need to take a longer call, especially video call presentations or sales calls, please use one of our phone booths or meeting rooms.
Speakerphones are not permitted in any shared spaces.


It takes a community effort to keep our spaces clean! Our kitchens are shared among all members – feel free to use our mugs, cups, plates and silverware. Once you’re done, please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. If the dishwasher is full or running, please hand wash them
and put them in a drying rack. Do not keep dirty dishes in your workspace overnight. Return all items to the kitchen and throw out all trash, recycling and compost at your workstation before leaving for the day.


If you have guests, they are your responsibility. Please make sure they follow the house rules. You can have the same guest up to 2 times per month for free. For the safety of the community, you must escort them in the space at all times. After their 2 days, you can purchase a guest pass at $25/day. If you reserve a meeting room, you can have any guests in the room with you for the duration of your reserved meeting time.
