We’re making space for artists to work in interdisciplinary fellowship with entrepreneurs and local changemakers.
Support Programs
We’ve created partnerships with experts and local organizations to provide hands-on support to companies working in physical product development. This includes consumer products, industrial goods, IoT, climate technologies and more.
Our programs are free to qualifying entrepreneurs, both members and non-members.

We are centrally located on 2044 Franklin Street, ONE block from 19th St BART station, ONE block from Lake Merritt, easy freeway access and secure onsite parking for members.
Our 22,500 square-foot home base is surrounded by great restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, great architecture, and Oakland cultural events and activities.
